Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.86%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Swedish Match AB (ST:SWMA), which rose 0.94% or 4.3 points to trade at 460.0 at the close. Svenska Cellulosa SCA AB B (ST:SCAb) added 0.67% or 0.7 points to end at 99.5 and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) was up 0.42% or 0.7 points to 169.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb), which lost 2.73% or 20.8 points to trade at 741.0 in late trade. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb) declined 2.63% or 2.12 points to end at 78.50 and Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb) shed 2.32% or 12.2 points to 513.6.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 414 to 215 and 60 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.15% or 0.11 to $74.44 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.15% or 0.13 to hit $84.45 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.24% or 2.90 to trade at $1204.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.17% to 10.4489, while USD/SEK rose 0.26% to 9.0832.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 95.42.
