Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.84%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b), which rose 1.59% or 1.70 points to trade at 108.90 at the close. Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) added 0.89% or 6.6 points to end at 747.6 and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) was up 0.24% or 0.4 points to 169.4 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb), which lost 3.72% or 3.6 points to trade at 94.3 in late trade. Alfa Laval AB (ST:ALFA) declined 3.50% or 8.6 points to end at 237.2 and Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb) shed 2.53% or 13.0 points to 500.6.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 468 to 176 and 43 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.54% or 0.40 to $73.94 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.82% or 0.69 to hit $83.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.35% or 16.30 to trade at $1189.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.10% to 10.4539, while USD/SEK rose 0.55% to 9.1130.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 95.56.
