Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Media & Publishing and Financial Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.66%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084), which rose 10.00% or 1.88 points to trade at 20.68 at the close. Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (TADAWUL:4240) added 9.35% or 0.76 points to end at 8.89 and Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:2230) was up 8.63% or 0.88 points to 11.08 in late trade.
Biggest losers included The National Shipping Co. (TADAWUL:4030), which lost 3.25% or 0.85 points to trade at 25.30 in late trade. International Company for Water and Power Projects (TADAWUL:2082) declined 2.66% or 10.00 points to end at 366.00 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:4210) shed 2.58% or 5.60 points to 211.40.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 183 to 107 and 20 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.14% or 0.11 to $77.63 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.04% or 0.03 to hit $81.60 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 8.60 to trade at $2,335.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.26% to 4.03, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.21% at 104.89.
