Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Real Estate Development, Industrial Investment and Transport sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.44%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280), which rose 9.50% or 0.85 points to trade at 9.80 at the close. Saudi Automotive Services Co. (TADAWUL:4050) added 6.14% or 3.60 points to end at 62.20 and Tanmiah Food Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:2281) was up 3.43% or 4.40 points to 132.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Bawan (TADAWUL:1302), which lost 4.25% or 2.10 points to trade at 47.30 in late trade. BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (TADAWUL:8270) declined 3.87% or 0.84 points to end at 20.86 and City Cement Co (TADAWUL:3003) shed 3.68% or 0.72 points to 18.84.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 182 to 97 and 34 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.31% or 0.24 to $76.92 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.37% or 0.30 to hit $79.98 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.35% or 8.50 to trade at $2,436.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.25% to 4.06, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.30% at 104.37.
