Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Insurance, Financial Services and Multi Investment sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.43%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Taiseer Group TALCO Industrial Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:4143), which rose 9.92% or 5.20 points to trade at 57.60 at the close. Modern Mills Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2284) added 9.90% or 4.50 points to end at 49.95 and Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084) was up 8.38% or 2.20 points to 28.45 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Automotive Services Co. (TADAWUL:4050), which lost 5.73% or 3.20 points to trade at 52.60 in late trade. Raydan Co (TADAWUL:6012) declined 4.74% or 1.45 points to end at 29.15 and Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (TADAWUL:8210) shed 3.97% or 10.20 points to 246.80.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 147 to 140 and 23 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.34% or 0.28 to $81.46 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.49% or 0.42 to hit $84.84 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.30 to trade at $2,336.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.06% to 4.02, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 105.53.
