Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Telecoms & IT and Building & Construction sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.22%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE:4331), which rose 9.90% or 1.36 points to trade at 15.10 at the close. Taleem REIT Fund (SE:4333) added 6.36% or 0.66 points to end at 11.04 and Riyad REIT (SE:4330) was up 4.91% or 0.40 points to 8.54 in late trade.
Biggest losers included The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030), which lost 5.00% or 1.00 points to trade at 19.00 in late trade. United Electronics Company (SE:4003) declined 3.67% or 2.20 points to end at 57.80 and Musharaka REIT (SE:4335) shed 3.03% or 0.26 points to 8.33.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 126 to 44 and 14 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.89% or 0.61 to $69.14 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.73% or 0.56 to hit $76.85 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.17% or 2.10 to trade at $1212.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.15% to 4.3795, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 94.73.
