Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Telecoms & IT and Energy & Utilities sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.21%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi United Cooperative Insurance (SE:8060), which rose 7.67% or 2.41 points to trade at 33.85 at the close. Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) added 4.08% or 3.17 points to end at 80.80 and Lazurde for Jewelry Co (SE:4011) was up 3.64% or 0.63 points to 17.96 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020), which lost 5.98% or 0.98 points to trade at 15.40 in late trade. Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8050) declined 5.69% or 1.55 points to end at 25.70 and National Petrochemical Company (SE:2002) shed 4.02% or 1.04 points to 24.82.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 114 to 66 and 6 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for May delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $62.41 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.55% or 1.01 to hit $66.13 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.27% or 3.60 to trade at $1314.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.13% to 4.6084, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7499.
The US Dollar Index Futures was unchanged 0.00% at 89.80.
