Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Hotels & Tourism, Financial Services and Retail sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.04%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (SE:2160), which rose 6.50% or 0.43 points to trade at 7.05 at the close. Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213) added 3.29% or 0.27 points to end at 8.48 and Jazan Development Co. (SE:6090) was up 2.24% or 0.38 points to 17.32 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020), which lost 3.45% or 0.78 points to trade at 21.84 in late trade. Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050) declined 2.52% or 0.80 points to end at 30.95 and Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310) shed 2.05% or 0.55 points to 26.25.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 104 to 56 and 18 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.32% or 0.15 to $46.42 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.04% or 0.02 to hit $51.44 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.01% or 13.31 to trade at $1328.61 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.44% to 4.5114, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7506.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.39% at 91.81.
