Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrial Investment, Real Estate Development and Agriculture & Food sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.77%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Arabian Mining Company (SE:1211), which rose 6.62% or 2.98 points to trade at 48.00 at the close. United Wire Factories Company (SE:1301) added 5.10% or 1.81 points to end at 37.30 and Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310) was up 4.86% or 0.64 points to 13.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Transport & Investment Co (SE:4110), which lost 3.24% or 2.24 points to trade at 67.00 in late trade. Fitaihi Holding Group (SE:4180) declined 2.72% or 0.77 points to end at 27.50 and Knowledge Economic City (SE:4310) shed 1.97% or 0.59 points to 29.30.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 89 to 76 on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 2.13% or 1.27 to $58.45 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.73% or 1.14 to hit $64.39 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 1.44% or 17.30 to trade at $1187.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.56% to 4.0942, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.67% at 97.11.
