Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Energy & Utilities and Financial Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.51%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Indian Company Insurance (SE:8110), which rose 6.40% or 1.48 points to trade at 24.62 at the close. Herfy Food Services Co (SE:6002) added 4.40% or 2.20 points to end at 52.20 and Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810) was up 4.20% or 1.45 points to 35.95 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Middle East Healthcare Co (SE:4009), which lost 2.13% or 1.40 points to trade at 64.20 in late trade. Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (SE:4290) declined 2.11% or 0.40 points to end at 18.60 and Almarai Company (SE:2280) shed 2.07% or 1.70 points to 80.50.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 108 to 58 and 11 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.79% or 0.38 to $47.49 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.12% or 0.06 to hit $52.04 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 5.00 to trade at $1302.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.01% to 4.4733, while USD/SAR fell 0.04% to 3.7501.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 92.40.
