Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Building & Construction and Real Estate Development sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.30%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230), which rose 9.96% or 4.80 points to trade at 53.00 at the close. Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:4110) added 5.22% or 0.18 points to end at 3.63 and Saudi Awwal Bank SJSC (TADAWUL:1060) was up 4.32% or 1.45 points to 35.05 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Gulf Insurance Group (TADAWUL:8250), which lost 2.59% or 0.85 points to trade at 32.00 in late trade. Tanmiah Food Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:2281) declined 2.56% or 3.80 points to end at 144.40 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311) shed 2.55% or 0.44 points to 16.84.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 173 to 116 and 24 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.44% or 0.31 to $69.65 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.49% or 0.36 to hit $73.34 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.40% or 10.45 to trade at $2,602.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.07% to 4.18, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 100.52.
