Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Building & Construction and Telecoms & IT sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.03%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Qassim Agriculture Co. (SE:6020), which rose 6.57% or 0.66 points to trade at 10.70 at the close. Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070) added 4.39% or 0.94 points to end at 22.34 and Tabuk Agriculture Development Co (SE:6040) was up 3.98% or 0.39 points to 10.18 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140), which lost 9.95% or 14.80 points to trade at 134.00 in late trade. Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SE:2020) declined 4.26% or 3.40 points to end at 76.50 and Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050) shed 3.46% or 0.95 points to 26.50.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 89 to 80 and 12 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.25% or 0.14 to $56.39 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.86% or 0.57 to hit $66.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.85% or 10.20 to trade at $1209.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.02% to 4.2415, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7510.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 97.04.
