Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Services, Industrials and Public Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.03%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Isagen SA (CN:ISG), which rose 2.91% or 120.0 points to trade at 4250.0 at the close. Cemargos (CN:CCB) added 1.71% or 200.0 points to end at 11880.0 and Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) was up 1.19% or 220.0 points to 18780.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p), which lost 1.67% or 440.0 points to trade at 25920.0 in late trade. Corp Financiera Colombiana SA (CN:CFV) declined 1.34% or 520.0 points to end at 38360.0 and Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) shed 1.22% or 110.0 points to 8900.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 20 to 7 and 5 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was down 0.14% or 0.18 to $130.07 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July fell 0.90% or 27.00 to hit $2973.50 , while the June Gold contract rose 0.27% or 3.45 to trade at $1274.65 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 1.37% to 2987.50, while BRL/COP rose 0.07% to 847.30.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.53% at 94.61.
