Investing.com – Norway equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Auto & components, Healthcare Equipment & Services and Materials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX lost 0.27%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Questerre Energy Corporation (OL:QEC), which rose 3.11% or 0.12 points to trade at 3.98 at the close. Grieg Seafood (OL:GSFO) added 2.84% or 2.55 points to end at 92.30 and Leroy Seafood Group ASA (OL:LSG) was up 2.50% or 1.4 points to 55.8 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Norwegian Finans Holding ASA (OL:NOFI), which lost 3.48% or 3.25 points to trade at 90.25 in late trade. BW LPG Ltd (OL:BWLPG) declined 2.01% or 0.73 points to end at 35.63 and Norsk Hydro ASA (OL:NHY) shed 1.77% or 0.96 points to 53.32.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 91 to 83 and 28 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.51% or 0.34 to $66.44 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.03% or 0.02 to hit $76.44 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 1.90 to trade at $1301.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.29% to 9.4505, while USD/NOK fell 0.33% to 8.0170.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 93.53.
