Investing.com – Norway equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Media, Transport and Diversified Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX fell 0.04%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Borr Drilling Ltd (OL:BORR), which rose 4.01% or 1.86 points to trade at 48.26 at the close. Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OL:NAS) added 2.54% or 0.25 points to end at 10.13 and Nordic Semiconductor ASA (OL:NOD) was up 2.43% or 2.65 points to 111.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Mowi ASA (OL:MOWI), which lost 3.34% or 6.65 points to trade at 192.50 in late trade. Subsea 7 SA (OL:SUBC) declined 3.01% or 5.20 points to end at 167.30 and TGS NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA (OL:TGS) shed 2.94% or 3.10 points to 102.40.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 151 to 129 and 28 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.52% or 0.35 to $67.03 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.59% or 0.42 to hit $70.58 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.70% or 19.40 to trade at $2,775.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.42% to 11.84, while USD/NOK fell 0.19% to 10.97.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 104.32.
