Investing.com – Norway equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Telecoms and Commercial Service And Supplies sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX added 0.14%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Oslo OBX were DNO International ASA (OL:DNO), which rose 3.78% or 0.39 points to trade at 10.71 at the close. P/f Bakkafrost (OL:BAKKA) added 0.92% or 3.40 points to end at 374.60 and Schibsted ASA A (OL:SBSTA) was up 0.83% or 1.7 points to 206.4 in late trade.
Biggest losers included BW LPG Ltd (OL:BWLPG), which lost 3.84% or 1.37 points to trade at 34.32 in late trade. Aker Solutions OL (OL:AKSOL) declined 2.69% or 1.08 points to end at 39.02 and Yara International ASA (OL:YAR) shed 1.57% or 5.7 points to 357.4.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 91 to 80 and 29 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.77% or 0.38 to $49.67 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.52% or 0.29 to hit $55.91 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.79% or 10.10 to trade at $1285.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.21% to 9.3684, while USD/NOK fell 0.26% to 7.9745.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 93.52.
