In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.30% or 0.21 to $69.22 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.46% or 0.34 to hit $74.09 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 2.50 to trade at $1220.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/NGN was down 0.36% to 415.930, while USD/NGN fell 0.32% to 359.850.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 95.03.
