Investing.com – Israel equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Biomed, Technology and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.75%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:SPNS), which rose 1.89% or 270.00 points to trade at 14,570.00 at the close. Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) added 1.36% or 200.00 points to end at 14,860.00 and Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) was up 1.15% or 990.00 points to 87,190.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which lost 3.26% or 165.00 points to trade at 4,904.00 in late trade. Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) declined 3.25% or 900.00 points to end at 26,760.00 and Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG) shed 2.35% or 122.00 points to 5,077.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 312 to 119 and 108 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 3.32% or 2.70 to $78.60 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 2.97% or 2.53 to hit $82.58 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 2.18% or 53.60 to trade at $2,402.80 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.06% to 3.65, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.07% to 3.97.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 104.07.
