Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Property and Mining sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite declined 0.01%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Majapahit Inti Corpora Tbk PT (JK:AKSI), which rose 25.00% or 108 points to trade at 540 at the close. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 (JK:SDRA) added 18.67% or 140 points to end at 890 and Saranacentral Bajatama Tbk (JK:BAJA) was up 18.64% or 22 points to 140 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (JK:DART), which lost 25.00% or 70 points to trade at 210 in late trade. Skybee Tbk PT (JK:SKYB) declined 12.70% or 32 points to end at 220 and Star Pacific Tbk (JK:LPLI) shed 12.67% or 19 points to 131.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 231 to 143 and 120 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.80% or 0.56 to $69.69 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.95% or 0.74 to hit $77.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.59% or 7.10 to trade at $1212.10 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.34% to 14845.0, while AUD/IDR fell 0.34% to 10659.70.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 94.68.
