Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite added 0.21%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Multipolar Tbk (JK:MLPL), which rose 34.43% or 42.00 points to trade at 164.00 at the close. Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk PT (JK:LPPS) added 30.51% or 18.00 points to end at 77.00 and Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (JK:MPPA) was up 30.51% or 18.00 points to 77.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (JK:BTEK), which lost 25.00% or 1.00 points to trade at 3.00 in late trade. Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk (JK:DNAR) declined 17.96% or 30.00 points to end at 137.00 and Quantum Clovera Investama Tbk PT (JK:KREN) shed 12.50% or 1.00 points to 7.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 304 to 286 and 249 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.34% or 0.24 to $70.91 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.24% or 0.18 to hit $74.63 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.41% or 11.00 to trade at $2,718.50 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.11% to 15,485.90, while AUD/IDR rose 0.03% to 10,398.77.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 103.49.
