Sharecast - CAB Payments was the top performer on the index. Shares in the payment processing company tumbled a week ago after it warned on full-year revenues.
It pointed to changes in market conditions in some of its key currency corridors, as well as ongoing uncertainties surrounding the Naira.
Elementis (LON:ELM) was a high riser as it backed its full-year outlook and said the third quarter had been "resilient" as expected in challenging markets, with revenue broadly flat versus the first and second quarters.
Spectris (LON:SXS) advanced as the precision instrumentation and controls company said it expects full-year profits to be at the top end of forecasts despite a continued slowdown in sales growth in the third quarter.
On the downside, TP Icap tumbled after a trading statement.
