Intelligent electric vehicle maker, Faraday Future (NASDAQ:FFIE) announced Monday the appointment of finance veteran executive Edward Darwick as its Head of Finance Operations effective immediately.
Mr. Darwick, who will report directly to Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer Ms. Yun Han, brings nearly 20 years of experience in FP&A, product development, and operational finance control. Ed's strategic mindset and passion for his field are evident. He has successfully operated within diverse environments, including joint ventures, start-ups, and multinational corporations in the US, China, and Japan, with notable contributions at Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) and Nio (NYSE:NIO).
Ed is well-versed in generating top-down targets and executing bottom-up budgets, leveraging precise data and implementing a reliable forecasting process.

Shares of FFIE are up 9.5% in mid-day trading on Monday.
