Investing.com - U.S. stock futures were trading steady during Wednesday's overnight deals, following a mixed session for major benchmark indices as traders digested fresh inflation data, higher yields and a fading tech rally.
By 7:15pm ET (11:15pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures were flat while S&P 500 Futures and Nasdaq 100 Futures added 0.1% apiece.
Ahead in Thursday's session, market participants will be watching for PPI data, retail sales, business and retail inventories and the Fed's balance sheet.
Among earnings, companies including Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ:ADBE), Copart Inc (NASDAQ:CPRT) and Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) are scheduled to report quarterly results.
During Wednesday's regular trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished 70.4 points or 0.2% lower at 34,575.5, the S&P 500 ticked 0.1% higher to close at 4,467.4 and the NASDAQ Composite gained 34 points or 0.3% to 13,813.6.
On the data front, headline inflation came in at 3.7% versus 3.6% expected, with 96% of analysts still expecting Federal Reserve policymakers to hold rates at current levels during next week's meeting.
On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates were at 4.524%.
