Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Technology, Software & Computer Services and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.56%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:ZELA), which rose 2.15% or 19.50 points to trade at 926.00 at the close. DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) added 1.22% or 15.00 points to end at 1,249.00 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was up 1.00% or 19.00 points to 1,923.50 in late trade.
Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which lost 2.51% or 4.40 points to trade at 170.80 in late trade. NKT Holding (CSE:NKT) declined 2.41% or 14.50 points to end at 586.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) shed 2.30% or 20.80 points to 881.60.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 88 to 42 and 21 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.34% or 0.26 to $77.85 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.02% or 0.02 to hit $81.73 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 2.15% or 51.90 to trade at $2,363.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.15% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 104.04.
