Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.22% to hit a new 3-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which rose 1.51% or 3.50 points to trade at 235.30 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) added 0.88% or 3.0 points to end at 342.0 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 0.48% or 3.5 points to 735.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which lost 3.18% or 10.7 points to trade at 325.4 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.59% or 31.0 points to end at 1164.0 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) shed 2.37% or 5.5 points to 226.8.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 92 to 25 and 21 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.70% or 0.40 to $57.87 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 1.02% or 0.64 to hit $63.09 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.90% or 11.50 to trade at $1266.20 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.43% to 6.2991, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4417.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 93.36.
