Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.17%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb), which rose 0.48% or 3.5 points to trade at 737.0 at the close. Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) added 0.17% or 0.60 points to end at 346.80 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 0.04% or 0.10 points to 232.60 in late trade.
Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which lost 2.40% or 4.8 points to trade at 195.3 in late trade. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) declined 2.05% or 6.9 points to end at 329.5 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 1.34% or 135 points to 9975.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 77 to 49 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.42% or 0.24 to $57.28 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.11% or 0.07 to hit $63.24 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.20 to trade at $1256.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.02% to 6.3223, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4445.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 93.85.
