Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.99%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which rose 2.76% or 6.7 points to trade at 249.2 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 0.68% or 5.0 points to end at 735.5 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 0.26% or 0.20 points to 77.30 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which lost 11.80% or 66.2 points to trade at 494.8 in late trade. Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) declined 5.02% or 18.10 points to end at 342.50 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 4.78% or 10.1 points to 201.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 81 to 37 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.26% or 0.14 to $54.44 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.28% or 0.17 to hit $60.66 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.14 to trade at $1278.44 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.35% to 6.3831, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4423.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 94.63.
