Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.80%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 17.83% or 6.68 points to trade at 44.15 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 3.00% or 8.7 points to end at 298.7 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 2.21% or 8.2 points to 380.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included DSV (CO:DSV), which lost 3.97% or 19.0 points to trade at 459.0 in late trade. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 2.32% or 9.8 points to end at 412.5 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 1.93% or 3.9 points to 198.2.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 81 to 34 and 22 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.60% or 0.99 to $60.80 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.45% or 0.95 to hit $64.56 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 8.70 to trade at $1323.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.20% to 6.0810, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4428.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 90.23.
