Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.73%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which rose 0.75% or 2.7 points to trade at 362.8 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 0.12% or 0.4 points to end at 330.9 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 0.09% or 0.4 points to 429.3 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 3.25% or 43.0 points to trade at 1280.0 in late trade. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) declined 1.69% or 12.5 points to end at 727.5 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) shed 1.51% or 4.10 points to 267.10.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 82 to 37 and 15 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.94% or 0.49 to $52.39 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.34% or 0.77 to hit $58.14 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.28% or 3.54 to trade at $1277.36 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.13% to 6.3272, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4443.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 93.80.
