Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.56%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 3.33% or 20.6 points to trade at 640.0 at the close. Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) added 1.53% or 3.7 points to end at 246.2 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.38% or 17.0 points to 1247.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which lost 1.98% or 6.4 points to trade at 316.6 in late trade. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.64% or 3.70 points to end at 222.30 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 1.34% or 130 points to 9590.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 67 to 55 and 13 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.90% or 0.57 to $62.44 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.29% or 0.86 to hit $65.66 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 2.50 to trade at $1321.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.0978, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4463.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 90.50.
