Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Personal & Household Goods and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.22%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 3.49% or 6.10 points to trade at 179.60 at the close. DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) added 2.57% or 31.50 points to end at 1,255.00 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) was up 2.31% or 20.80 points to 920.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb), which lost 4.03% or 32.40 points to trade at 772.00 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 1.71% or 18.50 points to end at 1,060.50 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) shed 1.62% or 2.60 points to 155.10.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 77 to 48 and 27 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.91% or 0.71 to $77.64 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.33% or 0.27 to hit $80.42 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.95% or 23.75 to trade at $2,484.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.26% to 6.77, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 102.29.
