Investing.com – Colombia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Industrials, Services and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP added 0.15%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Bancolombia Pf (BVC:BIC_p1), which rose 4.74% or 1,620.00 points to trade at 35,780.00 at the close. Corporacion Financiera Colombiana (BVC:CFV_p) added 3.73% or 500.00 points to end at 13,900.00 and Bancolombia SA (BVC:BIC) was up 3.08% or 1,140.00 points to 38,200.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Promigas (BVC:PMG), which lost 6.49% or 500.00 points to trade at 7,200.00 in late trade. Banco Davivienda Pf (BVC:DVI_p) declined 2.53% or 480.00 points to end at 18,500.00 and Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA Pref (BVC:GAA_p) shed 2.09% or 9.00 points to 421.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 0 to 0 on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for December delivery was down 1.38% or 3.45 to $246.15 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 0.77% or 57.00 to hit $7,334.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.67% or 46.70 to trade at $2,754.10 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.00% to 4,420.90, while BRL/COP fell 0.35% to 763.15.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 103.81.
