Investing.com – Apple stock (NASDAQ:AAPL) hit the $3 trillion market cap again Tuesday, following its first surge above the coveted mark in the previous session.

Wedbush sees the stock crossing $200 a share in 2022. Analyst Daniel Ives has a $225 bull case scenario for Apple, which will give the world’s most valuable company a market cap of $3.69 trillion.

The stock touched a high of $182.90 before giving up some of the gains on Tuesday. The 16.40 billion share company needs a $182.86 a share price to be at the $3 trillion mark. It had touched a high of $182.88 Monday and $182.90 today.

Apple accounts for nearly 7% of the S&P 500 index's value, according to Refinitiv data, the most for a single stock in the index.
