(Reuters) - U.S. drugmaker Allergan Plc (N:AGN) on Monday authorized a $2 billion (1.48 billion pounds)buyback of its shares and said its Chief Financial Officer Tessa Hilado would retire.
Allergan said it had begun the search for a new finance chief.
