Emergent Biosolutions Inc (NYSE:EBS) 15% HIGHER; announced the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Nonprescription Drugs Advisory Committee and the Anesthetic and Analgesic Drug Products Advisory Committee have unanimously voted in favor (a total of 19 votes) that the benefit-risk profile of NARCAN® (naloxone HCl) Nasal Spray is supportive of its use as a nonprescription opioid overdose reversal agent. Emergent presented an overview of its over-the-counter (OTC) development program, the medical need, Human Factors study data and seven years of post-marketing safety data.

Twilio (NYSE:TWLO) 12% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.22, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1B. Twilio sees Q1 2023 EPS of $0.18-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.01. Twilio sees Q1 2023 revenue of $995-1005 million, versus the consensus of $1020M. Also announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $1.0B of its outstanding Class A common stock.

Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.70), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.72). Revenue for the quarter came in at $867.1M versus the consensus estimate of $802.12M.

Shopify (NYSE:SHOP) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.73B versus the consensus estimate of $1.65B. Its first quarter 2023 financial projections include revenue growth in the high-teen percentages over last year's first quarter and gross margin to be slightly higher than the fourth quarter gross margin. Analysts were projecting first-quarter revenue of $1.48B, or a 23% gain over last year's first quarter.

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) 1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.88, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.6B versus the consensus estimate of $13.41B. Cisco Systems sees Q3 2023 EPS of $0.96-$0.98, versus the consensus of $0.89. Cisco Systems sees FY2023 EPS of $3.73-$3.78, versus the consensus of $3.55.
