Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for April delivery traded at USD51.27 a barrel at time of writing falling 2.93%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD50.92 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD51.00 and resistance at USD54.92.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.11% to trade at USD94.03.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for April delivery fell 0.83% to trade at USD59.49 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.22 a barrel.
