Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher in U.S. trade on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for July delivery traded at USD4.487 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 1.85%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.492 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD4.350 and resistance at USD4.517.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.22% to trade at USD80.52.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for July delivery fell 0.40% to trade at USD103.93 a barrel while Heating oil for July delivery fell 0.38% to trade at USD2.9438 per gallon.
