LONDON (Reuters) - UK firm BCA Marketplace, which matches up wholesale buyers and sellers of used cars, aims to raise 200 million pounds in a London stock market listing in November, it said on Monday.
The firm said it would issue new and existing shares to institutional investors, and that the money raised, along with a new debt facility and available cash, would be used to repay certain outstanding borrowings.
