Investing.com - Retail sales in Spain rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, INE - National Institute of Statistics said that Spanish retail sales rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.0%, from 3.2% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 2.8%.
Analysts had expected Spanish retail sales to fall to 2.0% last month.
