Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD81.47 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.75%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD81.33 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD80.05 and resistance at USD83.26.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.08% to trade at USD85.89.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for December delivery fell 0.69% to trade at USD86.25 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.78 a barrel.
