Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Basic Industry and Property sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite lost 0.13%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk (JK:ICON), which rose 29.73% or 55 points to trade at 240 at the close. Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk (JK:BMSR) added 28.57% or 40.00 points to end at 180.00 and Lautan Luas Tbk (JK:LTLS) was up 14.91% or 48 points to 370 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Bayu Buana Tbk (JK:BAYU), which lost 10.00% or 140 points to trade at 1260 in late trade. Indo Kordsa Tbk (JK:BRAM) declined 9.63% or 650 points to end at 6100 and Magna Finance Tbk (JK:MGNA) shed 9.59% or 7.00 points to 66.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 140 to 137 and 108 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $49.01 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.10% or 0.05 to hit $49.77 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 0.35% or 4.30 to trade at $1219.00 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was unchanged 0.00% to 13655.0, while AUD/IDR rose 1000.00% to 9810.55.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.16% at 95.27.
