GENEVA (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia must not execute Palestinian poet Ashraf Fayadh for apostasy, as it reportedly plans to do in mid-December, U.N. human rights experts said in a statement on Thursday.
"This has to be deplored as an arbitrary and thus unlawful execution," said one of the experts, the U.N. Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, Christof Heyns.
