U.S. unemployment rate 6.3% vs. 6.6% forecast

Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the U.S. fell more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Bureau of Labor Statistics said that U.S. unemployment rate fell to a seasonally adjusted 6.3%, from 6.7% in the prior month.

Analysts had expected U.S. unemployment rate to fall to 6.6% last month.
