Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. rose more-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Thursday.
In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 3.3%, from -1.3% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from -1.1%.
Analysts had expected Pending home sales to rise to 0.5% last month.
