In a report, Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) said that U.S. HPI remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 0.0%, from 0.4% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 0.5%.
Analysts had expected U.S. HPI to rise 0.5% last month.
