U.S. housing starts 1.009M vs. 1.025M forecast
Investing.com - U.S. housing starts fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, Census Bureau said that U.S. housing starts fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.009M, from 1.038M in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 1.017M.

Analysts had expected U.S. housing starts to rise to 1.025M last month.
