Investing.com - U.S. housing starts fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Census Bureau said that U.S. housing starts fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 0.893M, from 0.985M in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 1.001M.
Analysts had expected U.S. housing starts to rise to 1.018M last month.
