Investing.com - U.S. core retail sales rose less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Census Bureau said that U.S. core retail sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 0.2%, from -0.4% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from -0.3%.

Analysts had expected U.S. core retail sales to rise 0.4% last month.
