Investing.com - CB consumer confidence in the U.S. rose unexpectedly last month, data showed on Tuesday.
In a report, research group the Conference Board said that its index of U.S. consumer confidence rose to 103.0, from 101.3 in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 101.5.
Analysts had expected CB consumer confidence to fall to 96.1 last month.
