Investing.com - Industral production in the U.K. fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Thursday.

In a report, National Statistics said that U.K. industrial production fell to a seasonally adjusted -0.4%, from 0.3% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 0.4%.

Analysts had expected U.K. industrial production to rise 0.1% last month.
